Jennifer Morrison, LCPAA

A passionate advocate for adoption, Jennifer Morrison is our adoption program manager who works tirelessly to support babies, parents and adopted families in creating wonderful futures. She grew up in a family blessed by adoption, starting with her grandfather, who was adopted as a child. She has always felt called to the profession, and recalls a middle school career assessment confirming that work in the adoption field was in her future.

Since 2001, Jennifer Morrison has worked in private adoption child placing agencies in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, including work with several AAAA adoption attorneys. She earned her a sociology degree at Texas Wesleyan University, where her favorite class was Old Testament. Today, she is a licensed child placing agency administrator (LCPAA) who has successfully developed multiple Texas and Florida adoption programs.

Jennifer has three beautiful grown daughters and relishes her newest role as “Mom Mom” to her grandson, Link. Outside of work as our adoption program manager, she enjoys plants, photography, watching documentaries and eating pizza. She proudly supports her daughter’s college volleyball career, and in her spare time writes children’s stories, including a series about life with Link.
