Tina is a licensed Adoption Counselor, Clinical Social Worker and Child Placing Agency Administrator whose caring, compassionate approach gives mothers the comfort they need while exploring and pursuing adoption for their babies. She has extensive experience in facilitating adoptions, having worked in the field since 1997.
Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in child development, from California State University Fullerton, as well as a master’s degree in social work from California State University Long Beach. She began her career in adoptions with the Orange County, California, adoptions program, finding permanent family placements for children eligible for long-term foster care.
Todd Dean, Legacy Adoption Services Operations Director and Co-Founder
With extensive experience in finding solutions in complex situations, Todd combines his business and operations expertise with Tina’s clinical adoption knowledge to create streamlined experiences for mothers and hopeful adoptive parents.
Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas, then became a business leader with a material handling company serving logistics, manufacturing and supply chain industries. His open, honest approach to communication has been foundational throughout his successful career as a manager and operational leader.
Todd and his wife, Tina, have raised five children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, off-roading, or just hanging out in the yard by the pool.
