Todd Dean

An operations expert and empathetic advisor, Todd Dean co-founded Legacy Adoption Services with his wife, Tina, combining his strong business background with her clinical adoption expertise to create a unique, client-centered agency. He understands the frustrations and unmet needs that mothers and adoptive parents experience in the adoption process, and is a passionate advocate and activist supporting pro-life, unplanned pregnancy and adoption causes.

Todd Dean is passionate about using his experience to help others

Before launching our Texas and Florida adoption agency, Todd Dean spent more than 20 years as a North Texas executive sales and marketing leader.

Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas, then went on to excel in account management, progressing to a leadership role as general sales manager for a material handling company that was recognized as a premier Toyota Industrial Equipment Dealer in North America. For nearly two decades, he successfully managed sales teams, drove positive organizational change, and created long-term strategic partnerships to support the company’s goals.

Todd Dean believes in open and honest communication, taking on every challenge with a positive attitude and smile on his face as he helps people navigate unplanned pregnancy and adoption. He feels honored that his work at our Texas and Florida adoption agency helps expecting parents and adoptive families through their personal challenges, leading them to resolutions that bring peace of mind to all involved.

Tina and Todd raised five children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, off-roading and just hanging out in the yard by the pool.
